Singlets will be provided to all wrestlers before competitions and will be turned into the coaching staff at the conclusion of the competition.
Wrestlers will need to provide these personal items:
- Wrestling shoes are required for all practices and competitions
- Headgear is required for all competitions
- Mouthpiece – If you have braces, a mouthpiece is required for all competitions, and recommended for practices
- Kneepads are optional
